Player fees

* $435 if you need uniforms

* $250 if you already have home & away jerseys & socks and shell.

* Fees also includes entry fee, coach expenses, one share practice.

* Teams are required to register their rooms through the tournament hotel coordinator. A penalty of $300 will be assessed to teams not utilizing the Host Hotels.
